Audition for The Virginia Beach Chorale
Open auditions are held at the start of the rehearsal season, usually in September and January, at Thalia Trinity Presbyterian Church in Virginia Beach.
Please bring two copies of your musical selection, one for you to use and one for our accompanist. You will be asked to sing your selection, perform scales for vocal placement, and sight read a short piece. The audition committee will be listening for your voice quality, tone, range, vibrato, etc.
August Auditions
Auditions for the upcoming Christmas concert season will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. and Monday August 25, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at Thalia Trinity Presbyterian Church, 420 Thalia Road, Virginia Beach (behind Willis Wayside Furniture and across from Thalia Elementary School).
